The present job holder was recruited as 'Junior' administrator, and has progressed very rapidly. As the team has continued to expand, they are pleased to present this new opportunity to grown their own talent again!
You should already have gained at least 6-12 months experience within a financial services admin role - this could be Pensions or Investment for example. Able to demonstrate a good understanding of accurate data base use, and competent in issuing client correspondence.
Strong numerical skills are also important. Degree or A level education would be ideal, but GCSE standard education, to include minium of 5 GCSEs at C grade and above, to include Maths and English (or equivalent) is required. What is important is the the aptitude and desire to learn, and certainly you will be actively supported with professional study.
