1 years current/recent Household Insurance experience - insurer or broker background.
The experience you have already gained should ensure that you have a good grounding in Underwriting practices and principles in relation to Household Insurance contents and buildings. A good understanding of FSA requirements and Treating the Customer Fairly.
Accurate database/keyboard skills, and a confident telephone manner.
Strong communication skills, and a positive, can-do approach to customer service, and meeting high standards of service and quality control.
