Working for this market leader you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team to achieve all performance measures, both individual and team.
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Create and manage a regulatory compliant team whilst engendering a culture of challenge and continuous improvement - to drive process and procedural change across the customer service division to benefit the customer and our business objectives.
