Description: Do you enjoy handling complaints and expressions of disatisfaction, and have the ability to resolve them in a timely manner? Retaining customers, and building long term business is key here to this rapidly growing division, and you will be joining a Customer Service and Complaints team. Responding to and processing a range of complaints in a pro-active manner, working with colleagues to minimise complaints. Good written and verbal communication skills, good organisational skills. IT skills to include Word, Excel. Current/recent experience within a general insurance Customer Relations team - with a good understanding of FSA requirements - TCF. Monday to Friday.
